Provides a variety of Senior Clubs throughout the town of Smithtown. These clubs are: Club Moriches, Country Club, Fort Salonga, Fresh Start, Indian Head, Jericho, Kings Park, Mayfair, Mills Pond, Nichols, St. James, and Sunken Meadow. Clubs meet on scheduled days, although club names represent the area in which they meet you are not restricted to any specific club as long as you are a resident of Smithtown. A club leader assigned to each Club keeps members informed of activities, trips, programs, current legislation and county programs.

Offers Lacrosse Camp for ages 6-14 which offers boys and girls (separate programs) an intensive week-long program to become better lacrosse players under the direction of some of the area’s finest coaches. Each day of the week is meticulously and specifically planned out to promote self-improvement in all facets of the game, including game strategy and field awareness. The campers will have an opportunity each day to put their newly acquired skills and knowledge to the test in competitions, and game play. Offers field hockey camp for girls entering grades 2–12. Coaches will encourage player skill development and campers will receive instruction and the opportunity to practice in competitive games and drills. Learn with the enthusiasm and expertise of experienced Division 1 college coaches and players on state of the art facilities. Each camper should wear daily: cotton T-shirt, athletic shorts, and, field hockey stick, mouth-guard, and sneakers. Campers must also bring a water bottle. * For summer of 2020, a free, Virtual MCSTEAM Camp is being provided for ages 6-10 in collaboration with NativityMiguel Buffalo. Camp activities will include science, math, chess, motivational speakers, field trips, fantasy football league, and a Tik Tok contest, with weekly prizes for attendance and participation. All activities will be conducted via Zoom. Due to the ongoing pandemic, all of the sports clinics outlined below are suspended for summer of 2020 except for a Soccer Skills Clinic, which will take place at Riverside Park with enrollment limited to the first 40 participants, ages 5-16; contact Jorge Albarran at 716-548-1060 for details. * Typically offers over ten individual sports clinics with instruction in fundamental skills development for each sport. Buffalo camps include tennis, golf, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, crew, creative dance, swimming, and General Motors STEM Camp. Lackawanna camps include basketball, football, and chess.

Designed for girls entering grades 4-10 of all levels to develop and improve the necessary skills and concepts of the game to reach their goals. The program offers the perfect opportunity to fine tune skills ahead of the school season. Our experienced and passionate coaches will help you master the fundamentals, develop proper mechanics and gain match play experience. The curriculum focuses on all facets of the game and offers personal and small group instruction throughout the week to prepare for the game environment. All programs run weekly from Monday to Friday and camp hours are 9:00am-4:00pm. Extended Hours are available with Early Drop-Off (8am) and Late Pick-Up (5:30pm) options. Additional charges apply. Offers nutrition counseling and personalized exercise routines that can guide you toward a healthier lifestyle. The program includes a team of exercise physiologists and staff members certified by the American College of Sports Medicine which performs comprehensive fitness evaluations and develops individualized programs. Participants are motivated to achieve their fitness goals as they learn how to exercise properly, efficiently, and safely. Memberships are available on a limited basis to University faculty, staff, students, and other adults in neighboring communities. All participants must be over the age of 18. Entry into the program is contingent upon the approval of the individual’s personal physician. A physicians’ clearance form must be submitted in order to participate in the exercise program.
