Offers a 2,700 acre facility with bridle paths, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking trails, picnic shelters, youth group camping areas, and winter-season concessions. Skyline Lodge banquet facility is available for events.

Offers hiking trails, surf fishing (Montauk surf classic each September), picnic areas, snack stands, gift shops, seal walks during winter months, playground, bridle path, hunting, bird watching, cross country skiing, and a view of the historic Montauk lighthouse.

Helps protect the public's rights on hunting, fishing, archery, trapping, shooting, and other sports and outdoor activities. Also educates on firearm safety.
