Provides the community an affordable, inviting, state-of-the-art facility including four outdoor tennis courts, two outdoor half-court basketball courts, fully equipped strength training area, a complete array of aerobiv equipment, two air conditioned basketball gymnasiums, indoor track, heated indoor 25 meter pool, sauna, stream rooms, as well as an aerobic/dance studio. There are after-shool programs, sports for children, teens and adults, as well as special fitness programs for adults including spin, yoga and TRX. One-to-one personal training, swim lessons are available by appointment

Offers new and gently-used donated sporting equipment to assist students who play sports. Accepts donations of new or gently used sporting equipment for youth and teens.

Provides new and previously owned athletic equipment, computers, and financial support to disadvantaged children or organizations.

Provides a neighborhood bike ride and, after ten rides, participants receive a free bike, helmet, and lock.

Provides an injury prevention program that includes assistance with safety seats for children, bike helmets for children under the age of 14, and fall prevention information for infants, children, and seniors.
