Dance: Provides the joy of dancing through the use of body and rhythmic movements. Participants increase coordination, flexibility, balance, and their overall sense of well-being.Movement & Song: Encourages creative expression through active music making, sing-alongs and dance. Rhythm instruments such as tambourines, maracas, bells and triangles help create an enjoyable movement and song experience.Percussion Band: Participants sit together in a circle and play drums and other percussion instruments. The imagination of the group is sparked as they enact visions of trains, thunderstorms, etc. using their percussion instruments.Yoga: Yoga provides the tools for maximizing health by developing strength and flexibility in a gentle manner. Arts & Crafts: provides instruction and materials for various art projects.

Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
