Outpatient Clinic - Orleans County Mental Health Services

State-licensed clinic offering comprehensive programs representing a broad range of disciplines including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and social work. Services include individual, family, and group counseling; groups including Men's Anger Management, Adolescent Boy's Anger Management, Sexual, Perpetrator's, Adult Victims of Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Treatment (other groups run as needed); medication monitoring and evaluations; and outreach and education on topics related to mental health. Haven House - Child and Family Services

Serves survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence ages 16 and older and their dependent children. Anyone feeling unsafe in a relationship can call or chat using the confidential hotline, operated by trained, compassionate staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support. Services provided include confidential domestic violence shelter, supportive counseling, legal and court advocacy, assistance obtaining orders of protection, safety planning, parenting after violence service, education and support groups, transitional housing, and rapid rehousing. This series uses a trauma-informed care model in a group setting to cover parenting issues and symptomology related to custody, separation/divorce, co-parenting, parallel parenting, foster care placements, etc. Also provides community trainings to inform and educate Western New Yorkers to recognize the signs of domestic violence and to better understand different forms of abuse. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROJECT | CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF SARATOGA, WARREN AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES

Provides a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, supportive counseling, advocacy, crime victim assistance, support groups, community education and outreach. May provide services to men who are victims but is not able to accommodate them in the safe dwelling, but referrals are made for other options. Accept clothes, baby furniture, and/or household items for families of domestic violence.
