Support group led by trained co-facilitators providing support to parents who are dealing with the loss of a baby. Offers two annual remembrance ceremonies: The Walk to Remember and Holiday Ceremony.
Offers compassionate support for families who need information and resources for coping with the death of a child. Whether you're a parent, sibling, family member or friend, this is a place to find support, tools, and community resources in Buffalo and the surrounding area. Services are available for families who have experienced the death of a child at Oishei Children’s Hospital, as well as those in the community who have lost a child at any age. The program was created to offer compassionate support, education, community referrals and support groups for individuals who are grieving and searching for meaning after this devastating life experience.

Offers a complimentary Caregivers Center that is here to support you. The Center is here to give you support, easy access to information, and a place to go rest, recharge, and regain your energy. At no cost to you. You can take a break and visit us; stay for a minute, or an hour; Have a chat; Share your experiences with other caregivers; meet with a Licensed Social Worker or just sit and have a quiet moment for yourself. In addition you can join our complimentary Caregivers Support Groups. All groups facilitated by a Licensed Social Worker and all groups will meet at Peconic Bay Medical Center. They are free to attend and all our welcome. Sample support groups include: Family Caregiver support groups, In-person support group for caregivers of a loved one with dementias and memory impairments; In-person general caregiver support group and bereavement support groups for family caregivers forming. Offers an 8-week bereavement support group, four times a year, for people who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
A bereavement support ministry for parents whose babies have died during pregnancy or infancy. Meeting are held on 1st Friday of every month at St. Kilian's Center Media Room. Meeting time 7:30pm-9:30pm.
PATHS offers individual and small group discussions for elementary-aged children dealing with issues of divorce, loss, substance abuse, and bullying.

Offers a free program serving well children ages 5-17, who are living with a sibling with cancer or another devastating medical illness, or a parent with cancer. SIBSPlace provides guided therapeutic peer support to help well children develop skills to cope with the traumatic and emotional impact of a loved one’s medical diagnosis.
