Offers a complimentary Caregivers Center that is here to support you. The Center is here to give you support, easy access to information, and a place to go rest, recharge, and regain your energy. At no cost to you. You can take a break and visit us; stay for a minute, or an hour; Have a chat; Share your experiences with other caregivers; meet with a Licensed Social Worker or just sit and have a quiet moment for yourself. In addition you can join our complimentary Caregivers Support Groups. All groups facilitated by a Licensed Social Worker and all groups will meet at Peconic Bay Medical Center.
