• Diabetes Prevention Program: For those with prediabetes or at high risk for type 2 diabetes. A year long program focused on implementing lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
• Diabetes Counseling: For individuals with prediabetes or diabetes. Provides one-on-one visits with a diabetes care and education specialist to discuss individual needs and support.
• Diabetes Self-Management Classes: For any individual with diabetes. Classes focus on the fundamentals of diabetes self-management, covering topics such as understanding diabetes, blood sugar monitoring, nutrition and exercise, acute and chronic complications, and diabetes medications.
• Diabetes Support Group: For any individual with diabetes and those supporting them. Meets once every other month to share struggles, celebrate successes, and discuss topics related to diabetes management.

Offers support group for multiple sclerosis patients and their families. Provides an opportunity to discuss problem-solving strategies, coping solutions, and learn about new research and medications. Call for further information.

Maintains national network of well spouses (husbands and wives of chronically ill persons). Offers referrals to well spouse Support Groups. Has a Newsletter, Yearly Conference, online peer Mentorship Program, Round Robin Letter Writing group, and Respite Weekends.
