Support group for individuals effected by scleroderma. Provides a setting conducive to sharing concerns, information, and feelings in a confidential environment, where members provide encouragement, coping strategies, and mutual support. Meetings have both social and educational components which may include a guest speaker or DVD presentation. Patients are encouraged to attend with their caregivers and family members, allowing all to come to a better understanding of a patient’s journey with scleroderma, how this journey affects their relationships with others, and how to voice their own concerns when needed. For meeting dates and times, please see calendar on main page of the website. There is no charge to attend meetings and all are welcome to attend any support group regardless of location; groups are currently meeting virtually. Solicitations and conducting research during meetings are prohibited.
