Offers Abortion Care, Birth Control, Breast Exams, Colposcopy, Emergency Contraception, GYN Care, Gender Affirming Hormone Care, Health Counseling, HIV testing, Counseling and Education, HIV Prevention (PrEP), HPV Vaccine, Pap Tests, Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling, Smoking Cessation, STD testing and treatment. Planned Parenthood health centers support and welcome patients of all gender identities and sexual orientations, and offer care regardless of citizenship status.

The Trans Youth Group is a monthly, open psycho-educational group for youth. It provides a safe, structured setting in which youth can discuss issues related to gender identity. Facilitated by experienced youth workers, topics include isolation, communication, victimization and decision-making. Confidentiality is maintained. The TRANS group meetings are NOT therapy sessions. Members are referred to appropriate resources whenever indicated.

Provides space for LGBTQ+ people of color to socialize, learn and access sexual health care. Offers a safe and fun space to be in community, support groups and events designed by and for LGBTQ+ people of color, Individual support and health management services, and HIV, STI and hepatitis C testing and education.

Provides education, outreach, counseling and supportive services to lebian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTO) youth, up to age 30, and their families. Offers weekly young adult and transgender social support groups, individual and family counseling, free and confidential HIV/STD screening (up to age 45) and referrals to sexual health services. Also provides a Friday night drop-in center, up to age 21, for socializing with peers and drop- in short-term counseling, as needed. Provides social and educational groups for gay, bisexual and queer men (ages 18-45). Offers school-based services to include outreach and individual counseling at targeted schools, gay straight alliance (GSA) coordination and workshops, and workshops on Understanding Sexual Orientation and Understanding Gender. Offers workshops to professionals on working with LGBTO youth and creating safer school.

An annual weekend retreat for high school students that offers workshops on current adolescent issues in a safe and fun-filled atmosphere. Since 1998, Common Threads has empowered youth to create a sense of community and affect positive change in areas such as diversity, health, personal safety, political advocacy, and combating discrimination.

Offers a support group for family and friends of gay, lesbian or transgendered individuals to discuss concerns, issues and build understanding.

Provides individual, family, and group counseling services for gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered individuals of all ages, pre-teen through seniors, in a safe and confidential environment. Counseling for sexual orientation, anxiety and depression, difficulties with relationships, employment, substance abuse, parenting, or any issue which is unique to the individual's sexual orientation.

Offers advocacy and support to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, pick-up and hate crimes. Provides short term counseling, accompanies victims to police headquarters and court, makes referrals for legal services and offers opportunities to meet with support groups. Also provides educational workshops for health and human service providers.

Provide needed support services pertaining to personal LGBTQI issues or referrals to other agencies for support services, outreach, education and advocacy on issues affecting the LGBTQI community.

Offers a monthly social discussion group for bisexuals ages 22 and older to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Also hosts events where participants can meet in a confidential, non-judgemental atmosphere.

Discusses topics concerning politics, media stereotypes, feminism, racism, health care systems, current affairs and any other topic that connects to transgender people and allies. Meets the 4th Wednesday of the month 7:30pm-8:30pm.
