To strengthen, support, and celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and groups in their efforts to achieve their fullest potential. Offers programs (Health & Wellness, Support & Discussion Groups, Cultural Responsiveness Training, Community Center for both drop-in and scheduled activities), counseling (Individual, Group), resources (links to Food Assistance, Mental Health, Warming Centers, Education Scholarships and more) and space (Art Gallery, Resource Library, Cyber Center and rental options for a large event space and a small conference room).

Offers socialization and programs of interest for Seniors September through June. Southampton seniors meet the first and third Wednesdays of the month at the Hampton Bays Senior Center at 10am. Greater Westhampton seniors meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at the Town Community Center on Mill Road at 11am. Seatuck seniors meet the first and third Tuesdays of the month at the American Legion Hall on Montauk Highway in Eastport.

Offers a monthly lunch and movie for the senior of the community. Also a fitness class is available twice a week.

Offers a monthly social discussion group for bisexuals ages 22 and older to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Also hosts events where participants can meet in a confidential, non-judgemental atmosphere.

Provides a variety of opportunities and activities for individuals in the gay/lesbian community to get together, have fun and socialize. Also offers, a legal clinic, adult education classes, book club, improv group, gaymes night and film night.

Free and/or low-cost community events; monthly support groups; LGBTQ+ Youth Program to empower and support young people; Senior Drop-In space; Partner with Montefiore Nyack Hospital to provide LGBTQ+ healthcare at the Jacobs Family Pride Wellness Center; Survival services to ensure everyone’s basic needs are met; Referrals, individual advocacy, and navigation around medical care, mental health, housing, legal, and social services; Advocacy to address discrimination, close service gaps, and make change.

For interested seniors over the age of 60, St. Mary's Club 60 offers a social and educational forum for members. The group meets monthly for dinner at the St. Mary's cafeteria and is generally treated to interactive and fun activities, educational updates from physicians and administrative staff, and a chance to be together. There is no charge to join and members may be from Fulton or Montgomery Counties.

Varied recreational outings with weekly local and regional trips.Events are either free or low cost; transportation to and from a participant's home is available.Activities have included: luncheons festivals museum visits boat trips holiday parties

Provides a safe space for for LGBTQ youth to gather and receive support from caring adults through case management services, HIV, STD and Hepatitis C testing, mental health assessments, referrals for LGBTQ affirming clinical services, and referrals to LGBTQ affirming health and human service providers. Offers after school programming and support groups for youth, parents and families.

Provides a meeting place for the residents of East Hampton offering banquet facilities and recreational activities.

Offers a variety of activities for older adults in the community such as field trips, exercise classes, arts and cultural events, and more. Also provides transportation to and from the center and for shopping and other activities.

Offers a variety of social and recreational groups for adults and older adults, including lectures, trips, educational speakers, wellness groups, etc.

Provides fellowship among the retirees in the North Bellport Community. The group meets at the Alliance every Thursday between the hours of 12pm and 4pm for a pot luck lunch and other activities.

Offers a bimonthly social discussion group for bisexual, gay, lesbian and transgender individuals between the ages of 20 and 29.

Offers adults a variety of social, lifelong learning and volunteer opportunities. Programs include artist exhibitions, women’s circle and women’s networking groups as well as programs for new parents / new babies and for 55+.

Provides homework assistance Monday-Friday during the school year. Offers various activities such as basket ball, dance, exercise classes, bingo and other games, sports.
