Provides a socialization and recreation program for teens with developmental disabilities and their peers.

Provides peer support to individuals seeking or maintaining mental wellness by identifying strengths and passions for continued wellness, and community participation. Peer support is available one-to-one or in group settings.

Offers men and women ages sixty and older the opportunity to meet weekly to discuss a variety of topics that may include music, art and politics, and listen to guest speakers.

Provides a location for seniors to gather and socialize, along with a lunch meal twice a week, and social activities, trips, guest speakers, and information and referral services to help link seniors to other resources in the community.

Provides a variety of recreational activities including weekend activities, vacations, overnight trips, and bowling for adults 21 and over, with a documented developmental disability. Promotes socialization and peer relationships while enjoying activities in the community with staff support.

Senior Activity Centers are vital hubs of social interaction and engagement, offering a wide array of activities and resources to our members. From socialization and camaraderie to recreational pursuits and educational programs, our centers provide a diverse range of options to cater to different interests. Our event calendars are packed with exciting opportunities, including exercise programs, guest speakers on various topics, musical entertainment, board games, cards, bingo, book clubs, shopping excursions, and local trips. Door to Door transportation is available. Participation is open to all 60+ years, regardless of economic circumstances, as there are no fees for access. While suggested donations of $4.00 per day for lunch and $2.00 per day for transportation are encouraged, no one is turned away for inability to contribute.

Offers an alcohol/drug free safe space which provides recreational activities for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.

Provides a variety of Senior Clubs throughout the town of Smithtown. These clubs are: Club Moriches, Country Club, Fort Salonga, Fresh Start, Indian Head, Jericho, Kings Park, Mayfair, Mills Pond, Nichols, St. James, and Sunken Meadow. Clubs meet on scheduled days, although club names represent the area in which they meet you are not restricted to any specific club as long as you are a resident of Smithtown. A club leader assigned to each Club keeps members informed of activities, trips, programs, current legislation and county programs.
