Provides free day care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers of single-parent students who meet certain criteria. (low income, single parents attending high school, college, business school, voc-tech or GED classes) Offers childcare during work hours in addition to their school hours. Presents workshops to these parents on child care, home management, nutrition, and educational options.

Offers an alternative to crowded court rooms and waiting areas for children of litigants of the court. The Children's Center is a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. All children are cared for by trained, professional child care providers and volunteers. Community referrals are also provided.

St. Paul's Center needs volunteers who are willing to help homeless mothers and children, who can provide assistance with watching the children at the shelter for brief periods of time while mothers are working on apartment searches, or attending groups.
Tuition-based general and special education preschool services for children 2 1/2 - 5 yrs. Reasonable rates, nurse on site, playground, nutritious snacks and field trips. Universal Pre-K program for children residing in the Johnson City, Binghamton and Union-Endicott School Districts
