Provides and distributes prepared meals, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, clothing and washkits to soup kitchens, and parish outreach programs throughout Long Island. Wash kits (soap, comb, razors) are made up and handed out on Wednesdays, and sandwiches and Bags to go served on Saturdays. Donations are also accepted such as Winter Coats, scarfs, boots, socks and clothing. Volunteer groups willing to help (Scouts, Community Service, Church Groups, please call Carol Ercole and set up an appointment.)

Support the Albany Housing Authority's monthly food distribution by assisting with preparation and on-site delivery at various AHA locations. Volunteers help with bagging, sorting, counting, and transporting food items at our central site (200 S Pearl St), as well as handing out bags to the community and taking attendance during distributions. Multiple roles are available to match different abilities and interests.
