Free hot meals on site and practical assistance and referrals for people in need, especially those in situations of poverty, homelessness or loneliness.Lunch: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 11:30am-1pm.Evening meal: Tuesday, Thursday, 5:00-6:30 pm.The dining hall opens early in extreme temperatures (less than 32 degrees F and more than 85 degrees F for heating / cooling needs of our guests.Laundry Love- Drop off laundry on Tuesday 12-1pm and pick up is Friday 10-11am. Support the Albany Housing Authority's monthly food distribution by assisting with preparation and on-site delivery at various AHA locations. Volunteers help with bagging, sorting, counting, and transporting food items at our central site (200 S Pearl St), as well as handing out bags to the community and taking attendance during distributions. Multiple roles are available to match different abilities and interests.
