Provides residential services to children ages 4 to 12 years in need of emergency respite and comprehensive diagnostic services. Services include psychological evaluation of children and their families, family assessment, psychiatric evaluation, comprehensive psychosocial assessment, behavioral, and medication assessment and management. Assists with shelter and respite services for more immediate crises, and permanent life plan recommendations for the child.

Provides primary care, mental health services, psychiatry, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, peer services, and care management to individuals and families.

Provides early intervention services for children with developmental delays. Evaluates and provides speech, occupational, physical therapies, and provides social work services, psychological and special educational services, including planned behavior modification for children with autism. One-to-one services are also available for parents who can or want to pay.

Provides behavior management, counseling, crisis intervention, family reimbursement, guardianship assistance, benefits and entitlements assistance, home modification, independent living skills, information and referral, parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children (in or out of home), service coordination/case management, support groups, and transitional planning for persons with developmental disabilities of all ages. Provides individualized assessment and intervention services to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities who display challenging behaviors. Provides school consultation and behavior therapy services.

Provides outpatient mental health services, including medication management, to individuals ages 18 years and older.

Works to empower individuals with developmental disabilities, youth and adults with chronic health conditions and complex mental health concerns, and survivors of domestic violence to live as independently as possible. Adult Services include:

• Alternatives to Incarceration Program, which helps people with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions navigate the various stages of the criminal justice system
• Raise the Age Services, which helps youthful offenders acquire the life skills and pro-social behaviors required to lead self-sufficient lives, gain employment, and avoid further involvement in the criminal justice system
• Project C.O.A.C.H., which provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families
• Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance Program, which provides services to people of all abilities who are victims of any crime, specializing in people with disabilities who have experienced domestic violence

Provides a six session skills development program for parents. Participants will learn to reduce child problem behaviors, decrease yelling and fighting, learn how to stay calm and help their child develop self control, enrich relationships with their children, and increase their own self-confidence as well as that of their children. Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals ages 18 years and older.

Provides an intervention program for families of youth displaying violent and/or aggressive behavior.

Offers a 12-week Target Fitness Weight Management program for adults with weight management or other health related issues such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, or High Cholesterol. Program strives to guide participants to develop research-based skills to facilitate gradual and permanent weight loss through individualized strategies and goals. Registration required. Provides Family Support Services as well as Waiver Services to eligible participants. Provides Family Reimbursement, Behavior Management (not intensive), and Service Coordination and Referral. Also offers Recreation/Respite and Community Habilitation Services.

Offers individual, family and group counseling, behavior management as well as information and referral for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism and their families. A therapeutic, adult, social, and recreational club meet weekly to work on goals that include increasing socialization and self-advocacy skills. Also provide a transition program for adolescents going to adulthood, including case management for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

• Respite Services: Offers planned short-term and time-limited opportunities for families and care providers to have some personal time.
• Employment Services: Helps adults and youth to obtain and retain competitive employment through vocational counseling, employment training programs, work experience acquisition, soft skills development, rehabilitation services, and support services to help youth obtain, maintain, or advance in competitive employment or self-employment.
• Children's Health Homes/Care Management: Includes care coordination, comprehensive transitional care, individual and family support, and referral to community and social support services as needed.
• Community Habilitation: Assists youth living at home with a loved one or independently in the community to maintain or develop the highest level of independence possible for them.
• Community Based Day Habilitation: Promotes community inclusion and integration.
• Family Reimbursement Program: Covers expenses for goods and services needed to care for a loved one with a developmental disability who lives at home.
• Self-Directed Services: Enables individuals to make choices about their staff, supports, and services.
• Preventive Services: Provides support to help families learn the necessary skills to ensure their children remain at home and out of foster care placement.
• Behavioral Health Services: Includes community habilitation, caregiver/family supports and services, pre-vocational services, and supported employment.
• Project C.O.A.C.H.: Provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families.

Offers outpatient mental health and substance abuse services for individuals ages 5 years and older.

Provides anger management, counseling, crisis intervention, parenting skills classes, social skills training, audiology, social work, nursing, psychological, occupational, physical and behavioral therapy services. In-home services may include:

(PBIS) services are provided to participants who have significant difficulties. The primary goal of PBIS services is to decrease the intensity or frequency of targeted behaviors and to teach more socially acceptable behaviors.

Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Offers individual, family, and group therapy and medication management as needed. Specializes in trauma treatment through a partial hospitalization program for active duty soldiers diagnosed with PTSD and trauma treatment on an outpatient basis for first responders and front line workers.
