Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Offers on-site clinical mental health counseling for students and families, provided by provided by agency and private practitioners. Families may be linked to locations in the community for counseling as well. Will also connect families seeking health insurance, financial assistance, housing, recreation programs, etc. with human service organizations and community resources that can help with these specific needs. Sponsors programs on a variety of topics, including parenting, mental health awareness, bullying prevention, and drug/alcohol use prevention. Also provides a resource library for parents and adolescents offering materials related to parenting, adolescent, and social issues.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services for clients and their families to help them deal with family crisis, stress at work, or more severe persistent mental health diagnosis. Offers evidence based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) therapy, hoarding therapy, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), all of which are provided to individuals through one to one and group therapy.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are available for consultation and medication management for clients enrolled in therapy. Therapists specialize in providing counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, family conflict, school problems, issues related to divorce, adoption, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and other mental health diagnoses. Therapists are trained in evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mental health services are also provided for adults and children who have a mental health disorder as a primary diagnosis and who may have a concurrent substance abuse disorder which is stabilized or in early remission. Collaborates with established OASAS licensed treatment providers to ensure that the mental health treatment needs of recovering substance abuse clients are met, to provide support for the clients' recovery process, and to minimize symptoms and the potential for psychiatric decompensation, psychiatric hospitalization, or relapse of substance abuse. Provides in-office and telehealth appointments--when clinically appropriate. All initial appointments must be completed in person.
