Recovery Center - STMOTW

Provides a wide range of recovery-focused services designed to support both individuals and families. The center offers support groups, including peer-led recovery groups along with community education classes on recovery. Through case management services, staff assist participants in navigating healthcare, housing, social services, and treatment access, while also helping overcome insurance or administrative barriers and planning for aftercare. Recovery coaching pairs individuals with trained peer recovery coaches who use their lived experience to provide goal setting, life skills support, and connections to resources, while also working with families to strengthen support networks. Also emphasizes harm reduction, meeting people where they are by providing syringe exchange, safe use supplies, naloxone, and non-judgmental care that reduces risks associated with substance use and promotes overall health and safety. Operates a Drop-In Center open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm where community members can access coffee, food, clothing donations, computers, laundry services, and other essential supports in a welcoming environment.

SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis. Support groups that currently meet at the center include the Alzheimer's Support Group, the Autism Support Group, the Crohn's and Colitis Support Group, the Fibromyalgia Support Group, the MS Support, the Stroke Support Group, TBI Support Group, and the Self-Advocacy Support Group.
