A12-month school program that provides intensive clinical and special education services to enhance the functioning of children and their families with the ultimate goal of maintaining children in the community and preserving the family unit. Program serves 18 boys and girls (5-12 yrs at admission) with a Committee on Special Education classification of emotionally disturbed or psychiatric diagnosis with psychotic features, or if without psychotic features, experiencing a functional deficit in home, school or peer relations.

Provides a safe space to support individuals in all stages of recovery. Offers various programs, meetings, and special events that are inclusive to the entire recovery community. The purpose is to help the individual and their support network develop the skills they require to maintain a successful recovery. This is a drop-in center and individuals are welcome and encouraged to drop in at any time during hours of operation.

Offers outpatient mental health and substance abuse services for individuals ages 5 years and older.

Provides comprehensive psychiatric outpatient care to adults who request treatment and who suffer from a psychiatric disorder.

Provides psychiatric outpatient services to clients ages 18 and older.

Specialized services designed to carry out a plan that includes individual and group therapy, medication education, trauma recovery, alcohol and substance abuse treatment, vocational rehabilitation services, healthy living, interpersonal skills, therapeutic recreation, and discharge planning.

Provides a short-term psychiatric inpatient level of care for children and adolescents, ages 5 to 17 years of age. Provides active treatment for patients and their families including assessment, medication management, individual/group/family therapy, and therapeutic programming to assist each child/family in their recovery process based on their academic level and individual needs.

Provides citizens of Tioga County with affordable access to services and supports which are necessary to assist them to be productive, caring, and contributing members of the community.

Contracted by Chemung County to provide services for child, adolescent and adult residents with acute and persistent emotional and mental health problems through NYS OMH licensed outpatient mental health clinic services. Programs support emotional, social, and mental health promotion, psycho-education, and recovery. The clinic offers early intervention prior to onset of chronic or severe psychiatric problems; seeks to prevent hospitalization or re-hospitalization; and offers community education and consultation services for clients, their families, and the community. Services are prioritized for children and adolescents identified as Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) and adults identified as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI).

Offers various mental health related support groups to help individuals connect with others that are in a similar situation and are willing to offer mutual support. Ongoing groups include those related to individuals living with behavioral health issues. Also offers an in-patient treatment center for adults who feel like doing harm to themselves or to others as a result of depression, substance abuse or other mental health conditions.

Provides mental health counseling and medication management for individuals ages 5 years and older.

The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

The Mental Health Inpatient Unit is located on the third floor of St. Mary's Hospital. The goal is to provide short-term, comprehensive, individualized care designed to mobilize a person's resources and enable them to cope with current crises.
