Provides a safe space to support individuals in all stages of recovery. Offers various programs, meetings, and special events that are inclusive to the entire recovery community. The purpose is to help the individual and their support network develop the skills they require to maintain a successful recovery. This is a drop-in center and individuals are welcome and encouraged to drop in at any time during hours of operation.

Offers performances by an improvisational theater group which explores the myths and realities of mental illness. Features vignettes about family conflicts, stigmas, divorce, troubled teens, group homes, living with the mentally ill, suicide, homeless and more. Discussions are led by a professional mental health facilitator. The Family Support Program provides support for families and caregivers of adults with severe and persistent mental wellness issues and children with social emotional difficulties.

Provides psychiatric and medical evaluation and determines if hospitalization is required. Person may be hospitalized here or in the inpatient unit of another hospital if hospitalization is not indicated, referrals for other services can be made.

Provides residential living in supportive apartments for intellectually disabled adults.

Offers assistance to participants to achieve goals of work, education, social connection, housing, community involvement, and health; overcoming the impact of psychiatric illness and disability that have obstructed these personal goals. Actively employs creative and expressive arts, symptom management strategies, adventure-based activities, peer support strategies, and cognitive remediation techniques to help people challenge personal barriers and rebuild their lives in recovery.

The Sterling community center (SCC) is a person-centered, recovery-oriented, community-based center for adults who are diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities. The center offers activities, classes, and volunteer opportunities designed to help participants work towards individual life goals, and provide opportunities to learn new skills, establish social networks, participate in volunteer activities, develop employment opportunities and acquire mutual support.

Provides psychiatry programs which focus on older adults through inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs.
