The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

Provides inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults. Offers an outpatient treatment which includes crisis services for children, adolescents, or adults in need of emergency or urgent psychiatric assistance. Provides a children and youth outpatient clinic, adult clinic and residential services.

Offers health care advocacy, diabetes and chronic disease prevention, outpatient mental health services and school-based mental health services.

Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals ages 5 years and older.

* Provides a community mental health clinic. Mental health counseling and psychiatric services.

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns.

Provides outpatient mental health services to individuals, families, and children with impaired emotional-behavioral functioning and psychiatric difficulties. Services are provided in with a trauma-informed and person centered approach and include assessment and health screenings, medical review and management, outpatient counseling, treatment planning, and clinical support.

Provides children's mental health services through individualized treatment options includes crisis support, evaluation, on-going services, and community referrals.

* Provides community mental health services and outpatient services including: Individual therapy Group therapy Marital and family therapy Referrals to mental health providers as needed Crisis Services Teletherapy* Provides temporary coverage for the cost of medications for individuals with a mental illness who leave the local jail or a local hospital, and have applied for Medicaid (Chapter 15 of Kendra's Law). The Medication Grant program provides funding to counties to pay for the individual's mental health medications (and some other medications) while they await activation of their Medicaid case.

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns.

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns. Services include: Individual counseling. Group therapy. Family therapy.

* Provides information and referral services for mental health.

* Provides community mental health clinic services for adults and children. Services provided include: Individual mental health therapy for children (starting at age 4), adolescents, and adults. Group therapy. Medication management. Nursing and care management services.

* Provides direct services to the criminal justice system and justice involved individuals. * Services include: Psychiatric evaluation of individuals detained for trial or prior to sentencing under the jurisdiction of the Courts. Erie County Department of Probation. Erie County Sheriff's Division of Jail Management. Erie County Correctional Facility. Erie County Holding Center.

* Provides therapeutic services to individuals, children, couples/partners, and families. Services include: Individual, group, family, partner, and conjoint therapy sessions. Person centered, professional therapy to those facing various life challenges including, but no limited to: Grief/loss. Trauma. Domestic Violence. Relational concerns. Life changes and more.

* Offers individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and families. * Walk in hours for in person crisis intervention.

* Provides individuals, couples, family and group counseling to patients and family members. Some common mental health problems include: Anxiety. Depression. Marital stress. Grief. Parenting difficulties. Stress related to health problems.

* Provides information and referral on community mental health services.

Provides support to family and friends of individuals with mental illness and persons living with mental illnesses

Provides a number of support services for those with mental illness, including case management, transportation for mental health-related appointments, also has social/drop-in centers to socialize, network, build life skills and have fun.

The drop-in center is a safe, comfortable environment where individuals with psychiatric disabilities can gather and interact with each other. It offers participants a range of activities such as cooking, shopping, crafts, games, community outings, and other activities.

Provides crisis counseling, individual/group/family therapy, psychiatric assessments, medication therapy and case management to children, youth and adults to prevent family dissolution.
