* Provides a home-like community based residential setting designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. 24-hour on-site supervision and habilitation services by fully trained staff. An individualized plan to help the individual reach his/ her goals and reach greater independence is developed and implemented by the resident and team. Program activities focus on daily living skills such as recreation, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and community outreach skills.

Provides secure, recovery oriented living environments for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Program is committed to assisting clients to live meaningful, productive lives by providing flexible supports in a person-centered atmosphere. Residents of all programs learn the skills necessary to live independently. Treatment Apartments are certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health and provide consumers with the highest level of independence. Site is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Provides 12 one-bedroom apartments.
Provides 24 hour supervision at local community sites for adults with mental illness. Services provided at each site are restorative services, symptom management, community living skills, information and referral, crisis management, medication education and monitoring, and community integration. Staff provides supportive assistance and instruction in daily living skills and use of community resources. There are ten residences located in Nassau and Suffolk County. Transportation provided to local day treatment services.

St. Joseph's Veterans and First Responders Residence is a fully credentialed addiction and trauma treatment program. Our 25-member community of Veterans and First Responders are served by 24/7, medical care; psychiatric nurse practitioner, primary counselors, spiritual counselors, mental health care manager.
Provides a 24 hour supervised residence for several adults with severe developmental disabilities. Services include medical and psychiatric care, basic living skills training, case management and physical, occupational and speech therapy.
