Professional counselors provide counseling for people who have been victims of violent crime, rape, abuse, or domestic violence. Provides individual/group counseling to adults and children. Provides mental health and psychiatric medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults provided by NYS licensed therapists. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are available for consultation and medication management for clients enrolled in therapy. Therapists specialize in providing counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, family conflict, school problems, issues related to divorce, adoption, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and other mental health diagnoses. Therapists are trained in evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mental health services are also provided for adults and children who have a mental health disorder as a primary diagnosis and who may have a concurrent substance abuse disorder which is stabilized or in early remission. Collaborates with established OASAS licensed treatment providers to ensure that the mental health treatment needs of recovering substance abuse clients are met, to provide support for the clients' recovery process, and to minimize symptoms and the potential for psychiatric decompensation, psychiatric hospitalization, or relapse of substance abuse. Provides in-office and telehealth appointments--when clinically appropriate. All initial appointments must be completed in person.

Residential and Shelter Program: Open to all victims of domestic violence and their children. Provides information and referral, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, support group, and case management. Non-Residential Services: Chautauqua County Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Hotline, information and referral, advocacy, support groups, crisis intervention, and case management. Coordinates with the Chautauqua County Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team to respond to child physical and sexual abuse cases to reduce trauma to children and non-offending family members and stewards of children. Offers a prevention and response training for adults. Provides trauma counseling and problematic sexual behavior counseling for children 17 and under.

The CASA program provides advocacy for youth and adolescents who are in family court proceedings involving abuse and/or neglect. Volunteers complete a 30 hour training followed by 12 hours of continuing education yearly to work with this vulnerable population. The goal is to achieve safe, permanent homes for the children/youth. A supervised visitation program provides visitations in the community to participants in the Rockland Family Treatment Court. Home studies are conducted for custody and visitation cases ordered by Rockland Family Court judges.

Provides services to youth who are at risk of becoming involved with human trafficking or youth who are already a victim.
