Outpatient mental health services including individual, marital, family, parent, and group therapy; depression and anxiety counseling; psychiatric assessment and treatment; medication management and provision; crisis intervention and case management; specialized programs in stress management; domestic violence intervention for victims and perpetrators; and trauma recovery.

Assists individuals with functional mental health-related disabilities to successfully identify, pursue, and achieve their life goals at home, work, school, and in the community. Program is provided in collaboration with Capabilities and is A NYS OMH-licensed comprehensive PROS Program. Clients receive Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS) services; Intensive Rehabilitation (IR) services; Ongoing Rehabilitation Support (ORS) services; and Clinical Treatment (CT).

A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

Translation services and telehealth services available.

Offers free, confidential individual and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention. Issues covered include family conflict, parenting issues, divorce, separation, grief, substance abuse, mental health issues, anger management, and behavioral difficulties. Also provides assistance with enrollment for food stamps, health insurance, and other benefits.

Offers a wide range of comprehensive mental health services including counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), individual and group therapy, trauma based treatments, treatment for children, medication evaluation and services. Counseling and treatment available for people having problems with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, anger management, or post-partum depression. Provides a response to mental health emergencies. Also makes referrals for Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and Care Coordination.

Offers individual, group, and psychiatric services to adolescents and adults utilizing a Person Centered approach.

An outpatient clinic for adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, family conflicts, emotional or psychiatric illness. The program is offered by Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Nurse Practitioner. Specific treatment services include the following: Biopsychosocial Assessment and treatment planning Psychiatric evaluation Community consulation and education Verbal Therapy-individual, groups, couples, and family Psychopharmacotherapy Medication Management Crisis Management Health screening and referral Rehabilitation readiness Case Management.

Provides crisis counseling, individual/group/family therapy, psychiatric assessments, medication therapy and case management to children, youth and adults to prevent family dissolution.

Provides outpatient clinics for individuals diagnosed with mental or emotional disorders, phobias, depression, marriage counseling, etc.

Offers individual, group, couples and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults in NYS licensed mental health clinics. Psychiatric consultation, medication therapy and specialized services for children and trauma survivors are also available. Offers a wide range of services for youth with psychiatric hospitalization and families experiencing problems which interfere with healthy development of their children. Includes treatment for youth through age 21 at risk of suicide, those adjusting to divorce, or other family crisis, eating disorders, social difficulties, unmanageable behavior, depression, or anxiety disorders. Walk-in services are also available for anyone seeking support.

Provides comprehensive treatment, recovery, and support services for individuals and families impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Services offered include individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, a therapy dog program, and more. Provides behavioral health services to children 3 years and older, adolescents, adults, and families. Offers evidence-based comprehensive assessment, individual and group therapy, and medication management to help individuals and families achieve their mental wellness goals. ##REENTRY##

Provides primary medical care, podiatry, psychiatry, psychology services, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language therapy. Licensed by the NYS Department of Health and is an affiliate The Arc Rockland. New patients are always welcome. *Preauthorization required by OPWDD for some services listed above.

Offers health care advocacy, diabetes and chronic disease prevention, outpatient mental health services and school-based mental health services.

Provides programs to help people build a strong sense of self, and regain control of their lives in order to succeed in school, at work, and at home. Individual, group and family counseling are available, including services for children and teens. Also offered is the PROS (Personalized Recovery-Oriented Services)Program for adults with a psychiatric diagnosis.

Evaluates and treats children in the inpatient unit, aged 5-13 years, for emotional and behavioral problems, using short term stays (1-12 weeks). Discharge planning includes school placement, outpatient follow-up and family support. Offers group, family, and individual therapy focusing on issues specific to drug and alcohol addiction, anxiety, depression, family problems, and cultural integration/transition.
