The Stabilization Center is a walk-in facility, open 24/7/365, for people dealing with mental health, substance use, or other life issues and crises. It is made up of mental health professionals that offer crisis services and intervention to individuals within Dutchess County who are experiencing a behavioral health or emotional crisis. Serves adults, as well as children/youth. No referral or appointment is necessary.

The Access hotline can dispatch counselors to respond on location to access the crisis, develop a follow up plan, and stay involved to make sure the plan is carried out. Voluntary center where individuals experiencing mental health, substance use or co-occurring crisis are provided prompt, effective, recovery-focused services. This service offers 24-hour access to behavioral health and outpatient detox treatment assistance. Medical assessment and evaluations are offered to develop individualized treatment and recovery plans. In addition, this service has 13 respite beds for up to 7 day stay for individuals in crisis, withdrawal, or transitioning from a higher level of behavioral health care but do not need hospitalization.
