Mobile Crisis Response Teams would be a direct resource for direct 911 calls for a behavioral health crisis to local law enforcement and expand the resources to best meet the needs of such calls. Provides a 24 hour clinician-staffed telephone support and outreach intervention to anyone in Orange county in need of emotional support or crisis intervention.

Services include immediate access to treatment services designed to stabilize crisis situations, enhancing skills and knowledge to reduce environmental and social stressors, and connections to programs and services.

Provides an alternative to inpatient, psychiatric-related hospitalization through staff safe, supportive community houses to provide person-centered peer support and retreat for persons in emotional or near crisis states for up to seven days. Offers a unit which is comprised of clinical experts who provide on-site intervention and evaluation for community members and their families. Examples of services are screening, assessment, stabilization, triage, and/or referral to an appropriate program or programs.
