Welcome Orange Geriatric Initiative (WOGI) Gatekeeper Program is a senior mobile outreach program designed to proactively identify at-risk older adults in the community who are not connected to the service delivery system. Assist seniors with services by evaluating their signs and symptoms by engaging and initiating in-home assessments to provide or access a variety of supportive services. This program is designed to keep at-risk seniors in their own homes, and prevent premature out-of-home placement by addressing unmet needs. The program should not be used for services provided by a licensed outpatient program, or for services provided by another active OMH funded program.

Individual, family and group therapy, medication when appropriate and crisis intervention. Intervention program offered for children up to age 18 in families who have undergone a physical or emotional crisis. Treats children with emotional, social and adjustment problems.

Outpatient psychiatric services available to children, adolescents and their families. Common childhood emotional and behavioral problems, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, are assessed and treated. Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, medication, play therapy, and parent counseling for enrolled clinic patients are among the services available.

Offers integrated mental health services for individuals, families, adolescents and children. Psychiatry treatment is coordinated with patient's medical provider using a holistic approach to care. Services are short-term offering a solution focused model of care. Preventative screenings for social and emotional concerns are also offered. Individuals or families needing more intensive care will be referred to appropriate services outside of Open Door.

This is program is for children and adolescents who need intensive psychiatric services for emotional or behavioral challenges. The team focuses on helping children and adolescents improve their self-esteem by building on the things they are good at and enjoy.

Evaluates and treats children in the inpatient unit, aged 5-13 years, for emotional and behavioral problems, using short term stays (1-12 weeks). Discharge planning includes school placement, outpatient follow-up and family support. Also provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment for children, adolescents and families including medical assessments of medication for behavior disorders, school psychiatric evaluations, preschool assessment, forensic evaluation for various externalizing disorders such as affective disorders, hyperactivity, attention, impulsivity and conduct problems, affective disorders such as depression and/or mania and developmental disorders and language problems.

Provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services which include psychiatric treatment, medication management, psychiatric evaluation, rehabilitation, support, self-help, crisis, health education, peer run groups, and vocational counseling.

Provides outpatient mental health counseling. Counseling available for women who are experiencing postpartum mood disorder or postpartum depression. Treatment for depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar, and other mental health disorders is also available. Individual and group counseling offered for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Also provides screening and referral, assessment and treatment planning, and case management services.

Provides behavioral health services to children 3 years and older, adolescents, adults, and families. Offers evidence-based comprehensive assessment, individual and group therapy, and medication management to help individuals and families achieve their mental wellness goals. ##REENTRY##

Offers individual, group, couples and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults in NYS licensed mental health clinics. Psychiatric consultation, medication therapy and specialized services for children and trauma survivors are also available. Offers a wide range of services for youth with psychiatric hospitalization and families experiencing problems which interfere with healthy development of their children. Includes treatment for youth through age 21 at risk of suicide, those adjusting to divorce, or other family crisis, eating disorders, social difficulties, unmanageable behavior, depression, or anxiety disorders. Walk-in services are also available for anyone seeking support.

Franklin County Community Services manages a system of agencies that provide mental hygiene services throughout the county.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

Outpatient mental health services including individual, marital, family, parent, and group therapy; depression and anxiety counseling; psychiatric assessment and treatment; medication management and provision; crisis intervention and case management; specialized programs in stress management; domestic violence intervention for victims and perpetrators; and trauma recovery.

Provides the following clinical services: nursing; feeding/swallowing; psychology evaluation, diagnosis and treatment; nutrition; physical therapy, seating/positioning; social work; occupational therapy; psychiatry; speech, language and hearing. Other services may include: Adaptive Aids/Equipment Deaf, Hearing Impaired Services Developmental Disabilities Screening Satellite locations in Lockport, Amherst, Depew, and Hamburg. An innovative outpatient treatment program for adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing mental health issues. OnTrackNY helps these individuals through their Coordinated Specialty Care Team.

OnTrackNY helps these individuals achieve their goals for school, work and relationships. Individuals will have access to a Psychiatrist, Nurse, Therapist, Peer Specialist and Education and Employment Specialist when enrolled in OnTrackNY.

A centralized intake process for referrals to high-intensity mental health services for children and adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness that interferes with their ability to function in the community, home, school, and/or work. The overall goals of the mental health services include fostering independence and improving quality of life. The purpose of SPOA is to manage access to high-intensity mental health services, provide a forum for improved collaboration among community service providers, and identify and promote community-based alternatives to residential treatment and psychiatric hospitalization.
