Provides 12 co-ed beds to youth in need of either a diagnostic evaluation, emergency placement, or a crisis/preventive respite stay. The youth are supervised 24 hours a day in a professionally staffed setting and are engaged in an academic program during the school year. The clinic can provide ongoing support to youth and family. Families will work with a therapist to develop goals to improve life functioning and wellness. In addition, psychiatric assessment is available to those that require medication. Satellite clinics include the Zoar Valley Clinic in Gowanda, as well as Buffalo Public School #45 (International School). Family support programs are available to share challenges and solutions among families experiencing similar situations. This is a professionally facilitated group in collaboration with the Mental Health Advocates of WNY.

Individualized services for acute or chronic conditions requiring long or short-term treatment for children 5+, adolescents, and families. Options for treatment include: Psychiatric assessment, medication management, and in-home therapy, in person or remotely. In addition, treatment can be provided for less acute conditions such as symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.
