Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

Individuals receive individualized services for acute or chronic conditions requiring long- or short-term treatment. This clinic specializes in serving patients with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations. Options for treatment include: Psychiatric assessment, medication management, and in-home therapy, in person or remotely. In addition, treatment can be provided for less acute conditions such as symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.

Provides treatment to individuals ages 3 years old to 21 most commonly, however, can accommodate treating individuals older than 21 as well as the family members of the children serve. Areas of concern may be Attention Deficit Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or the parent child relationship. Provides adult treatment for a variety of psychiatric and psychological disturbances including Depression, Anxiety and Panic, Bipolar Disorder, and disturbances of thought and perception (such as hallucinations and delusions). In addition, issues such as family violence, sexual abuse, and impaired interpersonal relationships can be addressed. Clinical staff is comprised of mental health professionals of Masters-Level training and Community Mental Health Nurses, along with access to the expertise of a psychologist and psychiatrists. Various modes of treatment are utilized and include psychiatric evaluations, individual psychotherapy, marital and family therapy, group therapy, psychological testing, and psychiatric medication treatment. Treatment is supervised by a psychiatrist.
