Provides mental health and psychiatric medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults provided by NYS licensed therapists. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are available for consultation and medication management for clients enrolled in therapy. Therapists specialize in providing counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, family conflict, school problems, issues related to divorce, adoption, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and other mental health diagnoses. Therapists are trained in evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mental health services are also provided for adults and children who have a mental health disorder as a primary diagnosis and who may have a concurrent substance abuse disorder which is stabilized or in early remission. Collaborates with established OASAS licensed treatment providers to ensure that the mental health treatment needs of recovering substance abuse clients are met, to provide support for the clients' recovery process, and to minimize symptoms and the potential for psychiatric decompensation, psychiatric hospitalization, or relapse of substance abuse. Provides in-office and telehealth appointments--when clinically appropriate. All initial appointments must be completed in person.

Serves children and adolescents with mental health and/or behavioral problems. Individual, group, and family treatment available based on the specific needs of the family. Psychiatric evaluations and medication clinic provided as needed.

Offers mental health services for children/adults and their families from birth through 24 years of age, in trouble, or causing trouble. Services include evaluation, treatment plans, therapy, and medication management. Populations served include victims of child abuse and their families, those struggling with bereavement, and trauma issues.

Offers an intensive treatment program designed to keep adolescents in the community and prevent inpatient hospitalization. This program uses intensive group, individual and family therapy to stabilize the adolescent's symptoms and avoid inpatient admission.

ARC provides clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities, which include audiology, psychology, psychiatry, nursing care, social work, dentistry, podiatry, speech, occupational and physical therapies, nutrition and rehabilitation counseling.

Outpatient mental health clinic for children. Provides counseling and treatment for children ages 5-21 years of age and their families. Treatment is intended to improve life functioning and psychiatric symptoms while keeping children and adolescents in their homes and communities. The clinic can provide ongoing support to youth and family. Families will work with a therapist to develop goals to improve life functioning and wellness. In addition, psychiatric assessment is available to those that require medication. Satellite clinics include the Zoar Valley Clinic in Gowanda, as well as Buffalo Public School #45 (International School). Family support programs are available to share challenges and solutions among families experiencing similar situations. This is a professionally facilitated group in collaboration with the Mental Health Advocates of WNY.

Individualized services for acute or chronic conditions requiring long or short-term treatment for children 5+, adolescents, and families. Options for treatment include: Psychiatric assessment, medication management, and in-home therapy, in person or remotely. In addition, treatment can be provided for less acute conditions such as symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.

Provides treatment to individuals ages 3 years old to 21 most commonly, however, can accommodate treating individuals older than 21 as well as the family members of the children serve. We have a staff of licensed mastered level counselors, a medical team that includes: a child and adolescent psychiatrist, nurse practitioners and a registered nurse.
