Provides mental health and psychiatric medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults provided by NYS licensed therapists. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are available for consultation and medication management for clients enrolled in therapy. Therapists specialize in providing counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, family conflict, school problems, issues related to divorce, adoption, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and other mental health diagnoses. Therapists are trained in evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mental health services are also provided for adults and children who have a mental health disorder as a primary diagnosis and who may have a concurrent substance abuse disorder which is stabilized or in early remission. Collaborates with established OASAS licensed treatment providers to ensure that the mental health treatment needs of recovering substance abuse clients are met, to provide support for the clients' recovery process, and to minimize symptoms and the potential for psychiatric decompensation, psychiatric hospitalization, or relapse of substance abuse. Provides in-office and telehealth appointments--when clinically appropriate. All initial appointments must be completed in person.

Provides an 18-bed inpatient unit as well as ambulatory and satellite programs tailored to the unique medical and developmental needs of teenagers and young adults. Services include: General Health Care, Eating Disorders Center, Weight Management Center, Atherosclerosis Prevention Center, Adolescent Gynecology, Deaf Health Services, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Services, Behavioral Health Services, HIV Prevention Services and School Based Health Services.

* Provides a supportive, structured environment for patients to assist with normalization of eating, stabilization of weight, and improvement in other psychological/behavioral symptoms associated with eating disorders. The programs can be used as a step up from outpatient care or a step down from inpatient care and can help shorten or obviate inpatient care. Assists individuals who are dealing with illness of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder. Treatment services provided include: health screening, coordination of care with medical doctor, psychosocial evaluation, psychiatric evaluation, nutritional assessment, psycho-educational groups, weight monitoring, group therapy, meal planning, individual therapy, family therapy, medication education, stress management, supportive meal and snacks. Support group available for people with eating disorders, as well as family and friends. Meets the first Monday of every month from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
