Community Rehabilitation and Support Services: designed to engage and assist people in managing illness as well as restoring and increasing skills and supports that promote successful community living.

Intensive Rehabilitation: customized rehabilitation and support services that assist individuals in attaining specific goals, as well as targeted interventions that help reduce risks, involvement in the criminal justice system, loss of housing, or loss of a valued life role.

Ongoing Rehabilitation and Support: offering support and mental health treatment for employed individuals working in the community at least 10 hours per week.

Mental Health Treatment: A recovery-focused approach providing services to help stabilize, alleviate and control psychiatric symptoms.

* Provides Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment services. Designed for adults 21 and over enrolled in HARP (Health and Recovery Plans) - Medicaid Managed Care plans that pay for behavioral health and substance use services. Peer Empowerment, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Family Support and Training.

* Provides Behavioral Health - Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) available to adults meeting the criteria of Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Use Disorder. Enables HARP members to access BH HCBS without enrollment into a health home. Services include: Psychosocial Rehabilitation. Habilitation. Family Support and Training. Prevocational Services. Transitional Employment. Intensive Supported Employment. Ongoing Supported Employment.

* Provides PROS program for adults over 18 yrs of age with primary mental health diagnosis which offers psychiatric rehabilitation services to help members overcome barriers they have experienced due to their mental health.* Offers skill-based groups (average attendance three times per week) and assistance attaining goals, including: Wellness self management. Basic living skills. Crisis management. Employment and job development.* Offers clinical services, including psychotherapy and symptom monitoring.

* Provides seriously and persistently mentally ill (SPMI) and seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) individuals who have been discharged from a residential or inpatient facility on-going treatment and supportive services including developing and maintaining viable living, working and social situations within the community.

Provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, mental health diagnosis, and problem gambling. Provides services to individuals of all ages.

Provides clinical intervention and support for adults with serious mental illness utilizing a multidisciplinary team to bring services directly to individuals in the community in a setting that best meets their recovery needs. Services include outreach and engagement, crisis assessment and intervention, community linkage, family and caregiver support and education, peer support services, legal interface, health assessment and related health and wellness education, skill building, psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery, and brief therapeutic support.

Adult services include pre-vocational services, supported employment, ongoing supported employment, education supports, psychosocial rehabilitation, family support and training, and habilitation.

Children's services include psychosocial rehabilitation, pre-vocational services, caregiver family support, community habilitation, supported employment, and day habilitation.

* Provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR or Skillbuilding) services: PSR Services are designed to assist youth with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with a behavioral health condition. PSR intends to increase theindividual's function level to the fullest possible and asnecessary for integration of the individual as an activeand productive member of their family, community,and/or culture.

Offers services to meet the individual needs of children/youth (under 21) with Medicaid and their families by identifying needs early, providing support at home & in the community, improving health and well-being and preventing hospitalization and out of home placement.

Trains individuals in social skills needed to function as independently as possible in the hospital or community. Member Support Services, a "club style" program, offers social, recreational, respite, education, and self-help services for geriatric and young adult consumers.
