Provides a social day care program for the frail elderly, including transportation within our catchment area, hot meal, blood pressure screening, recreation, arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise therapy, trips, outings, and parties. Serves frail, elderly, at-risk or isolated persons over age of 60 with one or more physical or mental deficits who are continent, able to feed and toilet themselves and work in a group.

State-of-the-art facility geared to specialized pediatric medicine and surgery. This is also a teaching facility to train future healthcare providers in pediatric care. Provides educational services for severely handicapped preschool children ages 2 1/2-5. Offers full day therapeutic language-based programming. Specializes in helping children with severe language and autism spectrum disorders. Provides speech/language, occupational, and physical therapies, counseling, auditory training, and movement and music therapies. Services provided on a group/individual basis. Offers programs to help individuals deal with stress through alternative options. Music-assisted relaxation approaches are effective for people requiring rehabilitation and anyone needing stress relief. one is a Drumming Workshop and the other Stress Management Through Music. Offers a wide range of instruction in the arts through group classes, private instruction, workshops, performances and collaborations with various outside groups. Offers an arts-based pre-K program, an affiliated before and after care program and a variety of private and group vocal and instrument classes, including offerings for special needs students in the music therapy department. ADRC’s interactive Music Therapy Program enables people with Alzheimer’s, and their caregivers, to revel in music’s restorative power. A professional musical therapist leads each group through a medley of familiar melodies, and participants are invited to sing, dance and play along with hand-held percussion instruments. ADRC’s Music Therapy Program is ideally suited for individuals with early to moderate stage Alzheimer’s disease or a related cognitive disorder. Each session runs for one hour at our headquarters.

Provides speech, occupational and physical therapies, counseling, auditory training, music therapy and APE. Services provided in groups or individually. Provides a multi-faceted approach to therapeutic recreational activities for children. Programs include individual and group sessions, off site trips, on-site special events, adapted aquatics, horseback riding, wheelchair sports, pet therapy, music therapy, arts and crafts projects, massage therapy, aromatherapy, and wheelchair dancing. These programs help children cope with their illness or disability while reinforcing their individual goals while having fun.

Provides in-person or virtual therapy and counseling services for children, families, couples, individuals, and groups. Offers in-home therapy services in certain circumstances.

Organizes visits to hospitals by volunteer musicians. The musicians perform for patients who are too sick to leave the hospital. Creates CD pharmacies for healthcare facilities as well as help patients write and record original music. Serves all locations.

Provides activities and socialization for people with moderate Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, which combines art, music, pet therapies, computer multimedia presentations, outings to places of cultural, historical and social interest, and other recreational activities. Provides people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease/dementia and their caregivers education programs and social activities that improve relationships, increase confidence and decrease emotional triggers. Programs vary, but can include; early-stage educational programs, support groups, meetups, and social engagement programs such as Memory Cafes and exercise programs.

Provides a therapy program using creative art therapies in many forms and styles to nurture an individual's emotional, physical, sensory and cognitive development. Each person is assessed and placed in an art therapy program (individual, group, dyad, family). The program focuses on children and adults with developmental or emotional disabilities, struggling with sensory, cognitive, speech/language delays, etc.

Offers professional development opportunities for music therapists, as well as those in related fields. Opportunities are offered through workshops, courses and conferences scheduled throughout the year. Call for more detailed information.

Provides educational programs including vocational training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, physical education, speech/language services, psychological services, family services, nursing services, community integration and transitional planning for students with autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple handicaps, or developmental disabilities.

Provides inpatient rehabilitation care for a variety of issues related to mobility, self-care, communication, swallowing, memory, and cognitive issues due to a stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation, and/or other orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.

* Offers individual art psychotherapy services by Licensed Creative Arts Therapists with specialization in developmental disabilities, neurodivergence(autism, adhd, ocd), trauma/emotional neglect, LGBTQ issues, depression, and anxiety.

* Gives group music and physical therapy sessions to adults with memory problems. Students who are learning to be therapists and certified therapists run these sessions. They happen once a week for 50 minutes in the fall and spring. * Offers group therapy with music and physical activities for adults with Parkinson's. They happen once a week for 50 minutes in the fall and spring. * Provides group therapy with music and physical therapy for adults who have trouble moving because of a stroke or brain injury. Students learning to be therapists and certified therapists run these sessions. They happen once a week for 50 minutes in the fall and spring. This group therapy helps with mobility after a stroke or brain injury.
