Provides rehabilitation readiness services for adults (18+) diagnosed with a major mental illness. Clients must reside in Brookhaven Town or the East End Townships.

Children are integrated into classrooms with peers who are enrolled through Small Wonders Daycare so that they experience inclusion as a part of their programming. Services onsite include Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Play Therapy and other clinical supports.
