Provides a multi-faceted approach to therapeutic recreational activities for children. Programs include individual and group sessions, off site trips, on-site special events, adapted aquatics, horseback riding, wheelchair sports, pet therapy, music therapy, arts and crafts projects, massage therapy, aromatherapy, and wheelchair dancing. These programs help children cope with their illness or disability while reinforcing their individual goals while having fun.

Group swimming lessons for children with high functioning special needs. Two students per one instructor. First class is for children aged 4-6 and second class is for children aged 7-10.

Offers a wide variety of inclusive and specialized programs for individuals with special needs and their families. Programs include adaptive and inclusive fitness, arts and social activities for special needs youth, teens and young adults.

Offers various mental health rehabilitation services to inpatients of Pilgrim Psychiatric Center. Serves Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Provides a wide variety of recreational, leisure, and learning activities designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities learn social skills, experience life in the community, and have a great vacation. Also offers: after school recreation at selected high schools, weekend community programs for adults, school vacation programs, week-long nature study and musical theater programs, and summer enrichment classes.

Offers a therapeutic/residential setting for students ages 12-21 with classifications of autism, emotional disturbance, or health impairment. Westbrook Preparatory School is the first residential New York State Regents junior/senior high school for students with Asperger syndrome, high functioning autism and related conditions who require intensive support in a year-round school setting. Offers a therapeutic, residential experience integrated with an academic program individually attuned to each student’s unique strengths and challenges. Teaches independence while preparing them for post-secondary education, employment and life in the community. Day students may be referred by their school districts.

Provides short term rehabilitation care for individuals requiring continuous medical care for a little longer, following a hospitalization.
