Encourages partnerships between traditional and nontraditional groups in the community such as youth, schools, probation, businesses, libraries, media, youth-serving agencies, and faith-based organizations, parents, and other concerned adults. Through such partnerships, this community-based coalition provides prevention strategies that target under-age drinking, cigarette smoking, vaping, marijuana use, prescription drug abuse, and use of heroin and other drugs.
