Provides a comprehensive, 3-part recovery oriented program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals for individuals in the program are to: improve functioning, reduce inpatient utilization, reduce emergency services, reduce contact with the criminal justice system, increase employment, attain higher levels of education, and secure preferred housing.

CLUB WELLLIFE HUNTINGTON | WELLLIFE - HUNTINGTON

Peer facilitated psychosocial club for seriously and persistently mentally ill adults focused on socialization and empowerment. Members are invited to drop in for any of the gatherings. Offerings include but are not limited to: participation in community events, games, videos and crafts in a relaxed atmosphere designed to encourage interaction and reduce isolation.
