Federally Qualified Health Center offering OB/GYN, social work, and nutritional counseling. Serves all populations with special focuses on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides free walk-in pregnancy testing, onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, transportation, and referral assistance. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. A residential substance use disorder treatment facility for pregnant and parenting women. It allows mothers with substance use disorders who require residential treatment to be with their children, up to age 11, during treatment.

* Tele-services only due to COVID-19; call 716-595-3355. * Provides outpatient chemical dependency recovery programs for individuals struggling with addiction. Clients are guided through tailored plans which can include one-on-one and/or group therapy on an outpatient basis.

A medically supervised 16-bed detox center adjoined to the back of UConnectCare's Atwater Community Residence in Batavia. Provides a continuum of care under one roof to enable people in need to access short-term (usually 3-7 days) detoxification treatment and services. Center is fully staffed by medical and substance use counseling professionals specially trained and certified to assist people who require short-term services. Care and treatment includes meeting with a counselor every day, participating in individual and group therapy sessions, and receiving support from peer advocates prior to medically-assisted treatment. After detoxification, patients can transition to the Atwater Community Residence, a 17-bed facility for men and women that provides counseling and treatment services for up to a six-month stay (see separate listing for details on Atwater Community Residence). HOURS: Intake: Monday-Friday, 9am-11am. Inpatient Care: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
