Outpatient clinic services include Adult Services, Alcohol and Substance Use Services, and Child and Adolescent Services. Available services include individual, family, and group therapy. Evidence-based practices are the treatment modalities of choice. People receiving services are encouraged to have their family or significant other participate as well. People receiving services are involved in the development of their treatment plan, as are their family/caregivers to the extent the person desires their involvement or when they are legal guardians. Services can be provided through telehealth as well as in-person. These options are provided in order to help facilitate access to appointments, deal with emergency appointments as needed, and to improve engagement. Sessions are conducted through secure technology platforms, which have been approved by New York State.

The self-assessment is a series of questions that help create a picture of a person is feeling and whether they could benefit from further evaluation and treatment.
The North Country Chronic Disease Coalition’s goal is for each Health System Service Area to have developed and started implementation of a Community-Clinical action plan. Persons who are age 18 years or older may legally obtain and possess hypodermic needles and syringes through ESAP without a medical prescription. Licensed pharmacies, health care facilities, and health care practitioners who can otherwise prescribe hypodermic needles or syringes may register with the New York State Department of Health to sell or furnish up to 10 hypodermic needles or syringes to persons 18 years of age or older. Used needles or syringes can be safely and anonymously disposed of at dedicated disposal kiosks throughout Erie County; see separate listing, Needle Disposal - ECDOH, for details. The Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) is a distribution site for limited free medical supplies, such as syringes, band aids, cotton, alcohol wipes, etc. for Erie County residents.
Provides alcohol and substance use prevention / early intervention programming for schools. Offers alternative activities such as coordinating youth projects, community education on alcohol, substances, and gambling prevention, and family intervention services.
