Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Provides a comprehensive outpatient, referrals for Inpatient, Residential treatment program for individuals struggling with alcohol and/or drug addiction

Programs that provide individual rehabilitation/for people who have problems related to excessive alcohol/drug use to help them better understand the nature of the disorder and support recovery efforts.

* Offers substance use evaluation and individualized treatment for adolescents and adults. Services offered include: Adolescent Services (works around school schedule). Opiate Dependence Group. Buprenorphine/Suboxone and Vivitrol Therapy. Relapse Prevention. Awareness and Dependence Groups.

* Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. * Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. * Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. * Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. * Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

A 20-bed program providing stabilization services in a residential setting to men and women over 18, targeting individuals in need of medically supervised detoxification services; individuals experiencing mild withdrawal or significant urges for illicit substances that cannot be managed in an outpatient setting; and/or individuals who need residential care.

Provides medically supervised outpatient substance abuse program as well as individual, group or family counseling for individuals or for family members of individuals who abuse alcohol or drugs.

Provides a comprehensive assessment and offers a diagnosis along with recommendations for follow-up care.

* Offers medically supervised withdrawal management (aka detox) Inpatient service. * Offers medically monitored intensive inpatient rehabilitation program and services, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient treatment programs.* Provides specialized professionals and uniformed professionals programming designed to meet the needs of these patients' specific needs.* Offers individual therapy that includes patient-centered treatment plans for patients that establish, guide, and assess their progress in treatment.* Offers family conference services during treatment.* Provides a family program that offers support and education on the impact of substance use disorders.

* Provides care for Veterans with substance abuse problems including: Assessments Counseling Education Groups Support Groups Referral for vocational planning Referrals to other community programs Department of Motor Vehicle programs Aftercare Planning Long-term Treatment

* Offers immediate response services including overdose prevention, treatment, and community recovery support for addiction to prescription opioids and illicit drugs such as heroin. Helps those in crisis and reduce opioid-related deaths. Mobile Crisis Team & Telehealth Support The FLACRA Mobile Crisis Team responds throughout the Finger Lakes region, providing onsite emergency support for those in crisis who are without transportation. The mobile van offers telehealth video conferencing with doctors, nurses, and clinicians. Medication Assisted Treatment & Peer Support Medication Assisted Treatment uses medication, counseling, and behavioral therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment. Peer support is an integral part of this service and available to clients 24/7.

* Provides individual and group substance abuse treatment. Services include: Residential treatment program for women in recovery making the transition to independent living Social activities such as holiday parties provide women with the opportunity to form supportive friendships, addressing the isolation that often accompanies chemical dependency Urinalysis Advocacy services Personal development and skill-building workshops Educational programs AIDS, wellness and recovery, life skills Relapse prevention After care case management for those who leave the substance abuse or transitional housing programs Referrals for inpatient treatment or detoxification Referrals to community resources such as health care and vocational training Individual and group counseling Parenting classes On site drop-in childcare for clients who reside in the program 29 furnished apartments available for women and women with children

* Offers in-home intervention, assessment, care management and counseling for older adults who abuse alcohol and/or prescription or street drugs. Not a certified OASAS program.* Provides linkage to chemical dependency programs.* Offers supportive counseling and education for families and caregivers.

* Provides integrated outpatient mental health clinic that offers adult and child psychiatry, psychological testing, group and individual psychotherapy, case management, health monitoring services and comprehensive substance use disorder treatment including Suboxone and other Medication Assisted Treatments. Youth counseling. School-based assessment, counseling, and referral services for youth experiencing personal problems, family problems, alcohol and/or other drug-related issues are offered. Prevention education services are taught to a universal school population. Alcoholism program. Alcohol and other drug evaluations, adolescent services, impaired driver services, individual counseling, group counseling - specific to identified needs, integration of services between Addiction and Mental Health Clinics, forensic services, vocational/educational counseling, family therapy, and referrals.
