A medically supervised 16-bed detox center adjoined to the back of UConnectCare's Atwater Community Residence in Batavia. Provides a continuum of care under one roof to enable people in need to access short-term (usually 3-7 days) detoxification treatment and services. Center is fully staffed by medical and substance use counseling professionals specially trained and certified to assist people who require short-term services. Care and treatment includes meeting with a counselor every day, participating in individual and group therapy sessions, and receiving support from peer advocates prior to medically-assisted treatment. After detoxification, patients can transition to the Atwater Community Residence, a 17-bed facility for men and women that provides counseling and treatment services for up to a six-month stay (see separate listing for details on Atwater Community Residence). HOURS: Intake: Monday-Friday, 9am-11am. Inpatient Care: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An outpatient treatment center offering: assessments, psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ancillary withdrawal (suboxone induction & maintenance) along with outpatient individual and group treatment services for adults, young adults/adolescents and significant others/family members. Specialized programs include but are limited to: women, co-occurring disorders, DWI's, criminal justice population, domestic violence and young adults/adolescents.

Provides a 7-10 day chemical dependency detoxification program. The hospital provides individual and family counseling. Aftercare is discussed with a counselor. The patient is encouraged to enter a rehabilitation program.

Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Provides education, treatment and support to recovering individuals and their families in a certified, medically supervised outpatient substance abuse treatment center. Incorporates a 12-step self help program into the treatment philosophy, as well as individual, group and family pyschotherapy. Services include: outpatient detoxification, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, crisis intervention, assessment and referral, eating disorder program, and an adolescent program. Licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYSOASAS).

A 68-bed inpatient residential medically supervised treatment facility. Provides 24-hour care to men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal. Typical stays are 7-14 days with possible extended stay to 28 days for co-occurring mental health or medical disorders.
