Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

A 68-bed inpatient residential medically supervised treatment facility. Provides 24-hour care to men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal. Typical stays are 7-14 days with possible extended stay to 28 days for co-occurring mental health or medical disorders. Supportive services offered to enrolled patients include individual, group, and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, drug screening, education regarding addiction and disease management, health education, suboxone treatment, continued medication assisted treatment, medical evaluation and follow up as needed, self-help involvement, relapse prevention, overdose prevention education, and discharge planning. ##REENTRY##

Substance use evaluations for individuals in need of withdrawal and stabilization services (detox). Offers medically managed treatment to safely assist patients who are experiencing withdrawal from alcohol and/or other substances. An interdisciplinary team is available to assist patients in managing their moderate to severe withdrawal symptoms. Care and treatment includes psychosocial assessment, medical history and physical, individual therapy, group counseling, medication for addiction treatment, peer support, and referral and linkages to aftercare treatment programs. ##REENTRY##

Offers outpatient treatment services to adults, adolescents, children and their significant others living in Nassau and western Suffolk counties, whose lives have been affected by mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Provides a full range of treatment services including comprehensive and psychiatric assessments, psychiatric medication management, medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders, individual and group counseling. Offers Suboxone and Vivtrol inductions,ambulatory outpatient detoxification services, on-site primary care assessment and monitoring.
