Treatment Program | CASA-Trinity of Hornell - Outpatient

Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Substance use evaluations for individuals in need of withdrawal and stabilization services (detox). Offers medically managed treatment to safely assist patients who are experiencing withdrawal from alcohol and/or other substances. An interdisciplinary team is available to assist patients in managing their moderate to severe withdrawal symptoms. Horizon Health Services - Horizon Village Terrace House

A 68-bed inpatient residential medically supervised treatment facility. Provides 24-hour care to men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal. Typical stays are 7-14 days with possible extended stay to 28 days for co-occurring mental health or medical disorders.
