Therapists have considerable experience with anxiety, depression, divorce, family and marital problems, gay and lesbian issues, parenting, troubled relationships, grief, loss, and sexual abuse.

Provides free trainings to the community about Narcan (naloxone), a medicine that can reverse an opioid overdose and offers free Narcan kits while supplies are available.

Works to identify barriers and develop solutions through multisector partnerships to reduce overdoses in Broome County. This is accomplished by community education, reducing stigma, amplifying the voice of persons who use drugs, and promoting harm reduction.

A 20-bed program providing stabilization services in a residential setting to men and women over 18, targeting individuals in need of medically supervised detoxification services; individuals experiencing mild withdrawal or significant urges for illicit substances that cannot be managed in an outpatient setting; and/or individuals who need residential care.

Offers training to meet the needs of the professional mental health and recovery community. For practicing professionals, offers certification and re-certification classes across a range of topics, including motivational interviewing, trauma and grief, and ethics, approved for credit by NYS OASAS and NYSED for LMSW/LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT. Additionally, offers CPR classes suitable for initial and re-certification of both the general public and medical professionals.
