The purpose is to help the individual and their support network develop the skills they require to maintain a successful recovery. This is a drop-in center and individuals are welcome and encouraged to drop in at any time during hours of operation.

Assists individuals in recognizing relapse triggers, addressing thoughts, beliefs and feelings and establishing a local support system. Develops an individualized relapse prevention plan.

Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Provides individual and group counseling for substance use disorders. Offers a variety of services including same day evaluations, medication assisted treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone), specialized group therapy, vocational services and activity therapy. Groups offered include Day Treatment, Structured Outpatient and Evening Treatment. Specialized groups include gender specific, co-occurring disorders, older adults, patients with legal involvement, Spanish speaking and Recovery Challenge group that specializes in services for patients with traumatic brain injury, learning/developmental disability, or history of special education. Psychiatric evaluations and peer services are also available for program participants.
