Provides a detoxification center for anyone who needs monitoring or supervision while withdrawing from the absence of alcohol or drugs from their system. Also provides counseling for those with an immediate crisis due to alcohol or drug abuse.

Provides out-patient clinic alcoholism and substance abuse services to those directly or indirectly affected by alcoholism/substance abuse. Services include diagnostic assessment, medical detoxification screening, treatment planning, individual, group, and family counseling, evaluation and referral, advocacy, co-dependency treatment, crisis intervention, psychopharmacology, discharge plans and coordination of treatments. Provides education, treatment and support to recovering individuals and their families in a certified, medically supervised outpatient substance abuse treatment center. Incorporates a 12-step self help program into the treatment philosophy, as well as individual, group and family pyschotherapy. Services include: outpatient detoxification, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, crisis intervention, assessment and referral, eating disorder program, and an adolescent program. Licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYSOASAS).

Provides mobile, community-based non-clinical crisis support to individuals with opioid and other substance use disorders to assist them in overcoming barriers to treatment.

* Provides assessment for mental health and substance abuse issues, including heroin or opioid addiction, other drug addictions, alcoholism, and mental health or emotional crises.* Determines level of care needed and links individuals to the appropriate level of care, including: Detox Overdose prevention Inpatient services Outpatient services Residential treatment Emergency care

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns, including: Outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use. Open Access walk-in services. 24-hour crisis services. MICA services.

*Provides crisis intervention, client/situation stabilization services face-to-face to divert non-lethal individuals from the county's psychiatric emergency departments as well as to find, support and link individuals to mental health services. Some services include:

• Crisis hotline.
• Mental health assessments.
• Crisis de-escalation and de-briefing.
• Linkage and follow-up to services.
• Alerts to identify and assist those at an increased risk.
• Coordination with schools, medical/ mental health providers and other agencies to provide crisis intervention and to help monitor clients who are at risk.

* Provides Open Access, a 24/7 response to those individuals living with addiction.

* Provides services in partnership with the Rescue Mission of Utica.

* Provides help to those battling addiction get into detox, rehabilitation, and other services.* Facilitates communication during the rehabilitation process between the individual, their family, and clinical/therapeutic staff.* Operates the Clubhouse, which helps those leaving rehabilitation through support services that include but are not limited to: assisting with housing placement, offering rides when needed, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.* Offers wrap-around support, case management, and life coaching to help those in recovery fully acclimate to becoming active members of the community.

Offers residential services and substance abuse disorder services to adults in crisis.

A 24 hour medically monitored crisis service unit for persons with chemical or alcohol dependency problems who are in need of a safe supportive residential environment. The program provides the following services: transportation to hospitals, treatment facilities, legal systems and other needs 24 hour short term residential chemical dependency crisis service nursing assessment and ongoing monitoring supervision of self-administration of medication TB screening, testing, and follow-up chemical dependency assessment group and individual counseling and education health and nutrition education spirituality groups provision of nutritional meals and snacks linkage to aftercare and assistance with housing.

Provides substance abuse prevention education to elementary and secondary students, teachers, and parents, including one-to-one counseling to students struggling with, or at risk of alcohol or drug addiction. Works at the community level to change policies and practices related to alcohol and other drug abuse; supports local mobilization efforts

A state-operated inpatient treatment program which is CARF-accredited and OASAS-certified. Facility has 79 inpatient beds and 21 beds for its Community Residential program. Services provided are medical care, counseling, educational services, and other types of intervention. Women's issues, criminal justice coordination, methadone maintenance, motivational enhancement, family education, and vocational readiness are addressed.
