The COTI program is a mobile treatment team that can meet with individuals with substance use disorders in the community to start the process of recovery and link the individual tot he appropriate resources.Services offered include: mobile evaluations for substance use disorders diagnosis and level of care determinations for treatment patient advocacy Individual and group counseling case management services housing and transportation assistance medical insurance assistance tele-health medicine medication assisted treatment Certified peer specialist for support services navigation though the criminal justice system referrals for opioid and other substance detoxification referral for medical and mental health services referral for pain management

* Offers substance abuse prevention and education to individuals in a confidential settings, as well as in group settings to schools or organizations. Provides individual, family, and group counseling services for gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered individuals of all ages, pre-teen through seniors, in a safe and confidential environment. Counseling for sexual orientation, anxiety and depression, difficulties with relationships, employment, substance abuse, parenting, or any issue which is unique to the individual's sexual orientation.

*Provides crisis intervention, client/situation stabilization services face-to-face to divert non-lethal individuals from the county's psychiatric emergency departments as well as to find, support and link individuals to mental health services. Some services include:

The program provides the following services: transportation to hospitals, treatment facilities, legal systems and other needs 24 hour short term residential chemical dependency crisis service nursing assessment and ongoing monitoring supervision of self-administration of medication TB screening, testing, and follow-up chemical dependency assessment group and individual counseling and education health and nutrition education spirituality groups provision of nutritional meals and snacks linkage to aftercare and assistance with housing.

A state-operated inpatient treatment program which is CARF-accredited and OASAS-certified. Facility has 79 inpatient beds and 21 beds for its Community Residential program. Services provided are medical care, counseling, educational services, and other types of intervention. Women's issues, criminal justice coordination, methadone maintenance, motivational enhancement, family education, and vocational readiness are addressed.
