• Works to help families and individuals combat substance use disorders through a blended model of peer and family support services. Peer Specialists and Family Support Specialists to individuals and families who have recently experienced an overdose. Works with Monroe County Department of Public Health (DPH) through a collaborative pilot program.* Provides services for families (or other loved ones) designed to guide, educate, and support families through the addiction treatment and recovery process through peer and family support.* Helps individuals and their loved ones become engaged in recovery-focused activities, including addiction and opioid abuse treatment, counseling, support groups, peer interactions, and community services.

• Provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment program that includes: Assessment Individual and group counseling Alcohol and substance abuse disease awareness and relapse prevention Clinical support services Discharge planning Integrated treatment of mental health and substance use services* Provides opioid treatment clinic. Includes suboxone treatment in conjunction with individual and group counseling. * Provides self-help and peer services by Certified Recovery Peer Advocates. * Provides Narcan training and other substance use education to the community.

• Offers virtual training for NYS Peer and Recovery Professional Certifications (CRPA, CARC, CRPA-Family).* Offers an array of additional virtual trainings for recertification and for professional development of other ancillary professions.* Offers Primary Certification as well as virtual Peer Supervision Training; Coaching Skills for Coaches, Clinicians and Counselors; Motivational Interviewing; Family Supported Recovery, Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, CRPA-Family and Medication Supported Recovery. * Facilitates community based virtual Peer learning Collaborative monthly and support the development and sustainability of the Peer Movement in NYS and globally.

• Offers Peer Support Services through Drug Court and Family Treatment Courts for individuals in recovery. * Offers SSI/SSD Advocacy via DSS referral. * Provides Post-Adoption & Post-Guardianship in-home case management. * Provides homeless Coordination through DSS.

• Provides general pre- and post-treatment, peer-led/peer driven services for individuals in recovery from substance use and who have been formerly incarcerated: Drop-in Center as a "safe haven" for members seeking support, free chemical dependency assessment/evaluation and referral to a local treatment facility. Also includes computer area. Reintegration support. Case management. Employment-related programming through various CCA reentry programs. Peer-coaching and mentoring to clients in the general recovering community.* Provides Citizenship assistance, such as restoration through voter registration drives, Certificates of Relief from Civil Disabilities and Certificates of Good Conduct, training and education on process and documents, and counseling individuals on how to discuss his/her criminal history with a prospective employer.* Provides Employment Services, including employment, education, and vocational readiness training and placement.* Provides peer trainings, e.g., Orientation, Group Facilitation, Ethics Confidentiality and Boundaries, Office Etiquette, Conflict Resolution, Peer Pressure, and Career Planning.

• Provides Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment services. Designed for adults 21 and over enrolled in HARP (Health and Recovery Plans) - Medicaid Managed Care plans that pay for behavioral health and substance use services. Peer Empowerment, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Family Support and Training.
