Individual Development Accounts: Offers matched savers programs to help save for Home Purchase, Education, and Small Business Development. Provides technical assistance to communities and other housing providers. Offers workshops for property owners on mold awareness, home repair, landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities, and lead-safe work practices. Staff provides affordable housing opportunities, referrals, and educational programs for tenants and landlords. Maintains listings of affordable apartments and Section 8 friendly apartments in WNY.
