AUXILIARY AND EVENT SERVICES | ADELPHI UNIVERSITY

Offers executive level experience whether you are planning training sessions, corporate meetings, receptions or performances, Adelphi’s Auxiliary and Event Services team is here to assist you in making your event memorable and successful. Our managers are detail oriented and will bring a level of experience and professionalism to your event. We offer the right venues for corporate events and for association/organization events: Tech-ready rooms for workshops, training sessions and roundtable discussions; A ballroom for presentations, luncheons, dinners and dancing; Indoor and outdoor reception areas near relaxing green lawns and gardens, including those near our UC, Performing Arts Center and Center for Recreation and Sports; Concert hall and theater performance space; Residence hall space for 1,000 guests (during the summer months) and ADA accessible. Call for more information regarding facilities, price, catering and questions.

Public Access Computers: 14 computers, networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (10 cents per page B&W, 25 cents per page color), and Internet Access. 6 laptop computers, networked, are available to check out with a valid library card and use in the library. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
