Provides a year-round program for teens ages 13 to 19 years residing on the Westside of Syracuse focused on accepting and respecting individual differences, developing a positive identity, empowering teens, and treating them as valued members of the community. Activities include help with homework, field trips, study time, and a summer program.

Provides nutritious meals, reservations are needed by noon the day before. A contribution of $4.00 is requested for people age 60+ and spouse of any age. Those under age 60 are charged $5.00 per meal. No one age 60+ or their spouse will be denied a meal due to an inability or unwillingness to contribute. Center provides various social activities including exercise groups, cards, games, crafts, trips and other special events.

Has long been a vital center of intellectual innovations and scholarly exchanges not only for the Stony Brook community but also for the entire U.S. Uniquely poised to be a hub for research and education in Korean religions and philosophy, the Center has trained and sponsored many Ph.D. students in Korean religions and Buddhism who are now academic leaders in Korea and the U.S., hosted various conferences, talks, seminars, and various cultural events, and worked with the community in various projects to bring Korea to campus. The most prominent area of the Center’s dedication is publications. It has published a dozens of series of manuscripts and research projects in Korean studies, through which the Center not only helped laying the foundation of the Korean Studies as a new discipline in the United States, but also located and supported emerging young scholars in Korean studies. Many projects at the Center have involved collaboration with universities and scholars in Korea, while others have engaged campus and off-campus communities in teaching and learning about broader global and international society through Korea. We provide a healthy, substance free, supervised environment for teenagers offering programs which develop social skills, personal growth and responsibility in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Provides a program designed for high school students that helps foster character, personal growth and leadership skills, as well as encourage community service. Activities include guidance center, computer lab academic assistance, Liberty Keystone Club Leadership Program, Junior Keystone Leadership Program, College Quest, Career Launch, Smart Girls, Boys to Men and Friday night events such as battle of the bands, open mic and more.
