Maintains five building on the site including two houses (1799) and (1841), a school house (1846), milk house (circa 1850), and a farm outbuilding with 19th century farm implements and machine on display. Permanent exhibit includes Indian artifacts recovered in Mattituck and a collection of 19th century quilts.

The Society is also the parent company for a complex of five museums, national landmark historic sites and workshop facilities of both local and national importance. Also interprets social and natural history of the area through exhibits, living history programs, publications, tours, lectures and workshops.
