Works with partner agencies and other community organizations to bring about change for those in the community who are struggling with issues of education, income and health.

Provides information and facilitation to community leaders, program directors and others who aid seniors in their community to initiate services, resources, and information to help them stay in their homes and connected to their communities for as long as safely possible.

* Offers community workshops and presentations targeted at adult caregivers and seniors who might be at risk for a fall.

* Provides support for rural providers to improve access to care, enhance coordination of services, increase efficiency of service delivery, and introduce needed community services through the formation and operation of rural health networks.

* Promotes collaboration and partnerships among not for profit organizations.* Builds internal capacity of organizations so they can be successful in their work.* Provides information and resources to support organizational and community planning.* Advocates for Cayuga County's social impact sector, recognizing its vital role in the creation of a healthy, thriving community.
