• Offers educational day program for students with complex or multiple disabilities that cannot be served in any other settings, includes Preschool and School Age, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, major physical, neurological, sensory, health and complex behavior disorders.* Provides comprehensive therapeutic services including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Music Therapy.* Provides Nursing, Social Work, Vision services, Health Homes Program, and Transition Program.* Offers residential services.* Volunteer opportunities.

Provides funding assistance to local programs through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process every two years. The programs serve residents in Herkimer and Oneida Counties in upstate New York. Outcomes are measured in the areas of health and wellness, community responsiveness, and economic stability.
