Strives to promote acquaintance and goodwill among its members, improve the Mastic Beach community (i.e.quality of life issues, public works, community events), and offers social entertainment and recreation to its members. The Association owns and maintains 6 1/2 miles of waterfront parkland, including picnic facilities, two marinas, and the MBPOA Clubhouse. The Greenlawn Civic Association (GCA) is a group of volunteers working together to improve the community. Founded in 1990, the GCA with town and country officials on behalf of the community to improve quality of life in the Greenlawn area.
