Mobilizes the community to improve the lives of individuals and families. Programs are focused in four priority areas: academic success, work readiness, self-sufficiency, and health and independence. Currently, $1.3 million is invested in 46 programs coordinated by 37 community partner agencies. Directly coordinates the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program for Chautauqua County and facilitates the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI) for the City of Jamestown. Also supports the 211 WNY information and referral program.

The Ombudsman Program is an effective advocate and resource for older adults and persons with disabilities who live in nursing homes, assisted living and other licensed adult care homes.
