Program works with out of school youth ages 16-24 from low-income families. Offers HSE prep, job training, counseling and leadership development. Students build affordable housing. Participants spend 6 to 12 months in the program and split time between the construction projects and GED preparation. Application is required.

Department of Planning and Development is concerned with land use and assists the Town Board in the orderly growth and development of the Town.
